Astral Power is proud to have partnered with Encore Players Community Theatre to bring access to clean, locally generated renewable energy for neighbors, patrons, friends, and supporters of the Encore Players. When friends, family, customers, local residents, and co-workers sign up for Community Solar using Encore’s partnership through Astral Power, we will donate $100 to Encore Players Community Theatre.

The solar farms in NYSEG & National Grid territory will feed the utility grid with clean energy and your share of the farm earns credits as it generates power. You’ll pay us a discounted rate for those credits on your utility bill. These credits show up on your utility bill automatically, saving you a  guaranteed 10% of your utility costs per year. 

That’s pretty much it! No solar panels on your home, no long-term financing, no long-term contracts,  or subscription fees. Everyone is eligible: Renters, homeowners, non-profits, and low-income households all save 10% annually. You can now do your part to bring clean energy to our state, and save some money to boot!
